Delete your ToLet Scanner account

Fastest option: delete inside the app
- Open ToLet Scanner.
- Tap the Account icon on the home screen.
- Sign in with your email and password if needed.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Enter your password to confirm.
This removes your private profile, your contributed saved scans, associated public summaries, private interests, freshness votes, and your Firebase Authentication account.
If you no longer have the app
Email the app owner from the email address used for your ToLet Scanner account and request account deletion. Include the subject line:
Delete my ToLet Scanner account
Email account deletion request
Support email: mallitabletop@gmail.com. The request may require email ownership verification before deletion.
Verified deletion requests are handled within 30 days.
Data deleted
- Your private user profile: email address and mobile number.
- Your contributed saved To-Let scans.
- Public nearby summaries associated with your contributed scans.
- Your private interests, notes, and visit/contact status.
- Your freshness votes.
- Your Firebase Authentication account.
Data retained
Operational logs may be retained briefly for security, abuse prevention, and service reliability, then deleted according to the hosting provider retention settings.
Data not stored
Board images are not stored by ToLet Scanner. Camera captures are temporary scan input and gallery images are read only for OCR.
